A native Southern Californian, Chris Kelly has over twenty years of experience in complex litigation and transactional matters with some of the world’s most prominent law firms and companies. Attorney Chris’ litigation experience spans a wide variety of fields, including real estate, zoning and land use, administrative and regulatory agency practice, contract and business tort litigation, insurance coverage litigation, commercial and residential landlord / tenant disputes, and intellectual property and unfair competition. Chris has successfully served as lead counsel in many federal and state court bench and jury trials, as well as many mediation’s and arbitration’s , and has briefed and argued several important cases to the California Court of Appeals.
